🛒 Shopping & Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select the item you want, choose your preferred options (size, color, etc.), and click "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart". Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes! We support guest checkout. Simply provide your email address during checkout and you will receive order updates via email. However, creating an account gives you access to order history, wishlists, and exclusive deals.
How do I check my order status?
If you have an account, go to My Orders in your profile. If you checked out as a guest, use the Track Order feature with your order number and email address.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Please contact our support team at support@onidtech.com as soon as possible with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support the following payment methods:
- PayPal — Fast and secure payments with buyer protection
- Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe)
- Cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC20 network)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay — Quick mobile payments
- Account Balance — Pay using your ONID TECH wallet balance
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers like PayPal and Stripe.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Please check that your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Try a different payment method if the issue persists. If you continue to experience problems, contact us at support@onidtech.com.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times vary by destination.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that customs processing may add additional time for international orders.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in My Orders section of your account.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@onidtech.com to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" at the top of the page, enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. It only takes a minute!
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions in the reset email.
